Zim, China based artist did a ‘Nzenza’ remix inspired by HKD

Noreen Chido Dhlamini/Gwagwagwa with the stage name Ccicci is an R’n’B soul Zim, China-based artist in who is versatile to take up different genres of music. She can't be limited to one genre.

She did a remix of one of the trending songs in the Zimbabwean TV and radio stations, ‘Zvawakarambira Maidei’ which is known as ‘Nzenza’ by its audiences it was originally done by OyOsMusic signed up artists ExQ feat HKD Boss Freeman.

Ccicci in an interview with OyOsNews she said, “The ‘Nzenza’ remix was inspired by HKD Boss inline with the original song ‘Ndizvo Zvawakarambira Maidei?’ So, I thought of putting myself in her shoes, the girl who was dumped for unzenza (an act of indecency) and create the other side of the story.”

She said, “I want to bring an original sound, unique music that’s creative and entertaining. I want to be one of the best of African artists and make my country proud. If I manage to inspire everyone and prove that anything is possible and work hard, I've done my part.”

She doesn’t think there's an artist of her type so she wouldn't rate herself, she is in her own lane. She has a degree in Chemical and Process Systems Engineering.
