‘Zimbabwe is open for business mantra should save the dying music industry’ : Jah Bless

Jah Bless
OyOsMusic signed up artist, Jah Bless said the Zimbabwe open for business mantra should also save the music industry that is falling by the wayside to revive it for the benefit of musicians in the country.

He said this in the presence of OyOsNews yesterday at the Zimdancehall Summit held at College of Music in Harare, he acknowledged investors who have been on record of coming in the country targeting various industries not to turn a blind eye to the music industry which is suffering a lot from poor managerial and lack of resources.

Jah Bless said, “Music is a business just like any industry for it to function it requires capital, for artists to produce quality and competitive music they require modern music equipment and better deals with well-organized record labels.”

He said artists are banking on live shows as their main source of income but on normal circumstances live shows should be an extra income so artists should not be ignored in the day to day businesses operation.
