Dadza D draws his inspiration from Jamaican artist, Capleton

Dhadza D is a popular Zimdancehall artist who is known for his energetic stage performances. He claims to draw inspiration from Jamaican artist Capleton. Dadza D is based in Chitungwiza. He rose to prominence in 2013 with his hit Baba Fungi which topped the charts on some radio stations.

Clifton George Bailey III, better known by the stage name Capleton, is a Jamaican reggae and dancehall artist. He is also referred to as King Shango, King David, The Fireman and The Prophet. His record label is called David House Productions.

“Well, Capleton is my biggest inspirer. I try to imitate the way he performs on stage mixing it up with my style as well.” Dadza D told OyOsNews.

He said he is also inspired by the things that surround him for example nature, people, friends, and family. He believes that music is a mission and he is on a journey so he has to kip moving till he reaches his destination. His vision is to make music industry a better place for the next generation.
