Diana Samkange owes decline to revolution in music industry

Diana Samkange
Diana Samkange said her decline in the music industry is caused by changes that take place in the music industry.

“Decline is caused by the game changing in the industry, it’s not caused by one but by many artists but as time moves, seasons change and new artists join the game.

The Mangwenya Diana Samkange has been quite consistent compared to other musicians she competed with in the same era and some had to quit,” she said.

However, they are still working hard to try and go back to dominating the industry, if time and opportunities come their way.

She just released a song 2 weeks ago and it’s all over radio stations.

She started her musical career with an Urban Grooves group called 2BG (Two Boys & a Girl). After a couple of work with 2BG, Mangwenya was later groomed by the legendary Zimbabwean Afro-Jazz musician Tanga wekwa Sando who intensively tutored her vocal skills before she started her illustrious solo career.
